Not Only News Service: ‘Dhubulia Poush Mela 2019’ is going to be held in Nadia’s Dhubulia from Jan 4. It will continue till 12 January. The immersion of Kali Idol will be held on January 13.
It is reported that, Paush Mela will be held on the occasion of Poush Kali Puja at Dhubulia Deshbandhu High School ground, beside NH-34. This fair is organized by Dhubulia Knight Super Club. This is the second years of the fair.
Club sources said, this year’s Kali idol’s height is 31 feet. Last year, it was 30 feet. There will be cultural events during the fair, including entertainment programs in the every evening. The whole Bengal Quiz Competition will be held in the fair.
Sources said, Dhubulia Night Super Club has taken some noble programmes on social work. There will be free health check-up in the fair. Tree planting programme has been taken by the club. Winter clothes will be distributed among the distressed people in the area.
But this year, the attraction of Poush Mela is Mirakkel’s Mir, as well as actresses of various popular TV serials. Popular singer Samidh Mukherjee and more singer-singers will come.

January 12 = Zee Bangla TV serial ‘Joyi’s actress Irabati and Zee Bangla Saregamapa’s singer Samayan Sarkar and Arpita.
