NOT ONLY NEWS/NADIA: Under the initiative of the Nadia District Administration and Sarba Shiksha Mission, with support from the Sadar Town Circle, World Disability Day was celebrated at Nadia Shiksha Bhavan.
Sarba Shiksha Mission, Nadia observed International Disability Day across the entire district. The programme was organised in every education circle. In Krishnanagar, the event was held at the office of the Sarba Shiksha Mission with the participation of special needs students from the Krishnanagar Sadar Town Circle.
The special needs students took part in a drawing competition, after which prizes were distributed among them. Additionally, 21 special needs students who successfully passed the Madhyamik and Higher Secondary examinations this year were also felicitated.
The event was attended by Jamal Uddin Dhavak, Additional District Project Officer of the Sarba Shiksha Mission, along with other dignitaries.
